Schedule of Events
Thursday - May 17
Trade Fair open to conference delegates in the afternoon and after the Conference Opening Ceremonies.
Friday - May 18
Opening Plenary Session followed by Workshops, Trade Fair, and Silent Auction.
Saturday - May 19
Workshops, Awards Luncheon and Closing Banquet (Entertainment).
Full Registration Includes:
- Opening Reception on May 17
- Access to Trade Fair on May 17-18
- Plenary Session(s) throughout conference
- Access to all Workshops and Scheduled Meals
- Awards Luncheon and Banquet on May 19

Special Programs:
Workshops
The theme for the 2012 Conference is “Wellness and Health for Persons who are Hard of Hearing around the World.” A full line-up of educational workshops has been scheduled for May 18 and 19, 2012. Some of the topics to be discussed include cochlear implants, strategies to enhance well being during aging, musical ear syndrome, assistive devices, and accessibility.
Trade Show
A variety of table top displays and booths from companies representing the many areas that affect the everyday lives of hard of hearing people including displaying and demonstrating the latest technology. Staying true to the conference theme, the trade fair will also include exhibits relating to general areas of wellness and health.
Silent Auction
A Silent Auction will take place at the conference in support of the local CHHA Branch.
