All persons intending to attend the CHHA Conference must register including workshop presenters. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include a Goods & Services Tax (GST). Requests for refunds must be received in writing before April 30, 2009 and will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00. No refunds will be given for cancellation after this date or for non-attendance.
