Dear Friends, Family and Colleagues:

On May 11, we are hosting a wonderful evening of music and would like you to join us. The National Capital Region Branch of The Canadian Hard of Hearing Association (CHHA-NCR) has arranged for a special evening at the National Arts Centre. A concert performed by the Ottawa Symphony Orchestra will be preceded by a dinner reception, with the proceeds from the evening going to the CHHA-NCR Branch.

The National Capital Region Branch of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association and its National office are the only non-profit organizations specifically serving people with hearing loss in the Ottawa area. Our association promotes self-help among hard of hearing persons and encourages accommodation for individuals with a hearing loss.

Our Help to Hear for Those who Love to Listen campaign will help support the efforts of our organization to educate those faced with the challenges of hearing loss, which can range from a lack of awareness about the first signs of hearing loss, social isolation, serious employment issues, and the services available to them and their families. Your generous support will help us to:

  • Create a directory of public facilities in the National Capital Region providing assistive listening devices and services for persons with a hearing loss.
  • Educate municipal and provincial levels of government on the growing need for accessible services.
  • Continue to be an important advocate both in the community and workplace for persons with a hearing loss.

Tickets to Help to Hear for Those who Love to Listen are $125.00 and can be purchased by calling 613-526-1584. Alternatively, you can download the registration form below, fill in the appropriate information and return the form to:
